An award-winning journalist whose work has appeared in leading national magazines and newspapers, Mary Ann Castronovo Fusco developed an expertise in food writing and penned the weekly “In Season” column for the Savor food section of The Star-Ledger, NJ’s largest daily newspaper, for 12 years.

Besides food, the subjects of her magazine cover stories have included celebrities, sports, and social issues. For The New York Times, she wrote numerous “In Person” profiles on individuals ranging from a Catholic archbishop to an Olympic fencer. She has also written on fashion, travel, health, interior design, entertainment, education, and employment.
